Enroll in Seller Assurance
When it comes to running your business, you have enough to manage. We get it. At the point of sale, it's hard to catch everything when making your seller representations. You need to confidently know that once a vehicle leaves your lot, it's not coming back.
Allow us to introduce you to Seller Assurance! With Seller Assurance enabled, you no longer have to worry about a vehicle returning because of a cosmetic, mechanical, or electrical arbitration.
How does it work?
After the vehicle is inspected and leaves your lot, it will not return unless you are unable to produce a valid, marketable title.
What does it cost?
$199 per sale, effective September 1, 2022.
Do I have to select which vehicles have Seller Assurance?
No! Once enabled, Seller Assurance applies to all vehicles sold.
What happens if a buyer opens a title arbitration case?
Seller Assurance does not provide coverage for you in the event that you are not able to provide a valid, marketable title.
Is structural damage covered?
No. Seller Assurance does not cover sellers in the event that a buyer arbitrates for unannounced structural damage.
What if I choose NOT to enable Seller Assurance?
No problem! The arbitration process is not changing. Normal guidelines apply.
